I’m left handed and interested in getting into Spencerian. I was curious to know how to position the nib in my hand for when I start, but when I went to research this, I started seeing posts on FPN saying that obliques are actually for right handers and that lefties can use straight holders. I can’t find a solid authority on the matter, and when I order from John Neal, the set will come with an oblique. Should I use it? If so, how? Love your work. :)
