I’ve got a question that’s more about the technical aspects of spencerian than your work in particular, if you don’t mind me asking. I’ve been trying to fix my godawful handwriting by learning spencerian, but I’m having some trouble with the left curve (like the first in a lowercase a). I’ve had problems with my thumbs since birth, and that principle just doesn’t want to work with me. Can you think of any particular drills or warmups I might work on to maybe tune it up a little?
