It’s that time of the year again! I’m so excited! I love Christmas card making. Here is a sneak peek of what I’ve been up to this year.
I was at Container Store last week and they have literally rows and rows of gift wrap. Well guess what my broke ass was thinking? It could totally be used as envelope liners!
Each roll of 30 inches is about $8, some even as much as $15, but those are like super luxurious. Mine was about $10 and was also foiled, a little more than what I was willing to spend, but for the purpose it was well worth it, plus I could use any leftovers for actually wrapping gifts!
The pic above is how I lay out the envelope liners. Stacked right next to each other for optimum use. Cutting them out was a little tricky but well worth it. I was able to make over 50 envelope liners and I’m not even halfway through the roll!
Here it is all finished. Very pretty isn’t it? And what a contrast with the red envelope. Stay tuned and I will reveal my Christmas cards throughout this month!
